Not seeing a birth tho for a Phillis/ Phyllis ????

I haven't looked on there I no her mum lived in Cardiff and on my Nans death cert it says her dad was john partridge and registered phillis Doreen in 1928 in east Cardiff

He didn't marry Evelyn M Partridge she was maiden name Johnson
