There's a recumbent cycle at the physio, but I was told I have to use an upright bike. |

The exercise bike my o.h.'s Dad passed on to him ended up as a clothes airer in the spare room lol and he doesn't use his bicycle since his accident more than 2 yrs ago, it shows too |

LadyScozz - There is no such thing as a 'comfortable' bike saddle. The rider’s posterior will, however, gradually reshape itself to the contours of whatever product is available & all will be well. No pain - no gain. |
