Its seems to be for everyone who has an annual subscription.
I already have the World version on a dot com account and an email to say that they will be opened.

They've sent an email to a dormant .co.uk account as well
............

From February 16th 2016, new 12 Month subscription prices will be as follows: Britain Only - £119.95 | US & Canada Only - $114.50 | Australia & New Zealand Only - $114.50 | Ireland Only - €114.50
World - £155.95 (Britain) | $239.50 (US & Canada) | $239.50 (Australia & New Zealand) | €179.50 (Ireland)

If you were primarily interested in Britain only records, it might work out cheaper if you opened a dot com account (may be a different email address?) and pay in USD.
