You treat them like any other eggs, except that if you like runny yolks they cook a lot quicker than hens' eggs.

What do I do with them
I have been given 30
of them all laid today :-D :-D

I would love to produce all our own food
But I could never kill the animals
Even though I did in the past when I worked at a vets
I think I have gone soft in my old age
