problems with newspaper articles

can anyone advise why I cannot 'view article' in the newspaper articles...I can see preview but the page loads blank.. I am fully subscribed to it....I am using an up to date tablet ?? Any pointers would be good whilst I await a response from the HELP TEAM....regards lynn

Not really, Lynn. There are sometimes reported loading errors.

If you wanted to post the preview, we can have a look either on FMP or GR to see if we also have the same problem.

Thanks all....Yes I am a Platinum member fully paid....I have just stumbled across why on the site.

They cannot be viewed from tablets or iphones only windows based computers.....

Given todays technology this should be advised before purchase........for anyone else thinking of purchasing access...be advised.
