I have requested to export a GEDCOM and on it's return by email it automatically converts this to a PDF Acrobat Reader file but I can not open it - states the file is not supported or is has been damaged due to being sent by an email attachment!!!! Can anyone help me with this? |

Do you have an off line tree programme? If that won't open it, you might need to contact GR or try to download again. |

I don't understand what is converting the file to a PDF file, unless you mean that your PC is set to use PDF to open files with a .ged suffix. |
