Have you got "auto renew on" ticked in your subscription details?

It is unlikely any Genes staff, who are few and far between, will see this. They hardly look at the boards at all. Contact them on [email protected] with your complaint.

I had also made up my mind to leave GR
I too forgot to un-tick the auto renew.

The GR community is now stuck with me for at least the next 6months!
