Forty eight years ago today I walked my blushing Bride down the aisle, both ways!

The Church we were married in decreed that the groom met the Bride at the entrance to the Church and escorted her to the Altar!

As only my part of the ceremony was in English I'm still not sure whether I am married or not, although the Registrar in attendance did issue the Certificate :-D

Despite our ups and downs since then (particularly when OH's broomstick has been in for repairs) it has been a fantastic journey.

In two years, if we are able, we intend to revisit the Nevis Bank Hotel in Fort William where we spent our Honeymoon
