No you are looking at the correct thing I should have put the heading as I-parcel which is all Amazon calls it. but yes i-parcel box is on google.

I'm not sure I'm finding anything about that on Google.

Do you mean iParcel Box?
If so, it seems you need to have an actual box, which is controlled by an app.
The delivery person can open the box by app, put the parcel in, and then close it securely again.
It's supposed to mean that you don't have to be at home to receive the delivery, as it's secure in your box and not left sitting on the doorstep.

If you don't have a box, I would hope they would put the parcel through the letterbox if it fits.

But maybe I'm looking at the wrong thing on Google?

Thanks von, have to wait and see, strange that it has not been advertised at all though. and I wonder how the vendor knows that the recipient has the app?

Ann

Sorry I can’t answer your question but like you having googled I presume the benefit is

that the parcel can be tracked providing you have an app. If it’s going through the

letterbox then there shouldn’t be a problem.
Hope it arrives safely :-)

Has anyone had anything delivered by this process? I have something ordered on Amazon and the delivery is by i-box. I have read what that is on google and it looks a bit complicated. what I have ordered should go through the letterbox and usually comes via Royal Mail.

Just wondereing if anyone has had this?
