I would personally go in the local store to the customer help desk and stick a few choice words into them. :-D. Why should they diddle you out of a refund. :-| |

Email the CEO ….address readily available if you google. I did this with Dyson and got sorted in no time…after weeks of call center nonsense. |

I agree with Ann....I had a Lidl trolley left outside my house and I wanted them to come a collect it....after lots of promises but no action, I wrote to the CEO and it was sorted in a couple of weeks. :-) |
