Definitely feel motivated today. I am just about to get a taxi to Tesco to do some shopping instead of waiting for son to come in and shopping after tea which is what I usually do. Don't often go out on my own as nowhere is near enough for me to walk (mobility isn't great) so it's always taxis if son isn't here.

Press ups - in my nightmares, not my dreams :-D
