	No rain at all here. It was very breezy here too. :-0 :-0 I need to tidy up in the garden but it will have to wait until we have had some rain. That may take some time ;-) ;-)

	They tried that here but it only lasted one year.....the queue to the dump was right back to a major roundabout and clogged it up.....also people were fly tipping it :-0

	We only have a collection for 7 months every other week :-0 You can bet your life that the Council Tax goes up accordingly :-0

	They dropped the charge cos they had to have a list for the houses that had paid and I think it just got too complicated along with the traffic jam on the roundabout :-0 I should have said you paid in advance separately to Council Tax :-0

	We thought we would try it until April and then see what happens. Our neighbour is doing the same so we take it on turns to visit the tip. ;-) ;-)

	42 quid p.a here for green bin. Good value for those with sprawling gardens but for us who only manage half the collections :-\|
