Yes, she is so determined isn't she, I hope she doesn't overdo it.

I agree AnnG about Dianne, I thought exactly the same when she fronted the Pro Dance on Saturday :-0

It was also good to see Amy standing in the background for Claudia's sections on Saturday <3

It was a strange show. More dancing by the professionals and the dance accompanying Lewis Capaldi was worth watching, except I was very nervous for that baby of Diane's. I reckon when it arrives it will pop out doing somersaults,

Even though he has stage experience I do enjoy watching Lewis dance MG. :-D

I stand corrected Ann, I thought Karen had no dance training at all. However, I am still not happy in myself that Amber and Lewis are taking part, as they have musical shows behind them :-(

I watched the results prog last night, all padding. The only highlight was seeing Danny Mac again. :-D :-D

I watched The Results show on IPlayer but fell asleep when they were all chatting :-0. As there was no dance off I don't think I will bother watching it through again ;-)

In no order my favourites were Lewis Karen and George.
Apparently Karen trained in all sorts of dancing from a young child to early teens until she switched to football,
Her paso was really good I thought, not a dance I like but I did like hers.

Good no-one goes this week. I amsure that helped them all excel at their dances.

Well that was another marathon, and LaVoix has stepped away from the competition.

Lewis and Amber shone again, but I am still uneasy they have had previous experience of dance in shows.

I was slightly disappointed with Alex dance, and it seemed to be a bit stilted.

The other non dancers all did very well.

I particularly like Balvinders tango. But the dance of the night for my money was Karen and her Paso. I particularly liked how she praised all the extra dancers, the band and all the backroom staff. A real team player. <3 <3

I think it was the right thing for La Voix to pull out of the Competition and there to be no dance off last night :-). It wouldn't have seemed right for there to have been a dance off and then La Voix to return next week, the Competition is too far advance for that :-0

It was nice that the Celebs could enjoy their Blackpool experience :-D They have all come a long way and improved every week. :-)

Lewis's Charleston was good and it didn't surprise me that Craig gave him a 10 as The Charleston is his dance :-)

I didn't think that the Couples Choice was Alex's best dance :-0

My favourites last night, in no particular order, were

Karen's Paso - she danced it with such intensity and passion just what you would expect from the dance :-)

George's Salsa - he really looked like he was enjoying himself. I think he is good at ballroom but he showed that he can also dance a good Latin too :-D. I do like George ;-)

At the moment I watch Balvinder and think that was good but then the other Celebs follow and she is just a little bit behind them :-0. That could all change though with another week of training :-)

I heard the news at lunch time. Shirley Ballas made the announcement. Needless to say this site was down :-0

At this stage of the Competition it makes it that much more difficult for those left in :-0

Those are the rules though :-)

La Voix has been left 'devastated and heartbroken' after being advised by doctors to rest and focus on recovery.
Speaking in a statement, the Drag Race star, 45, real name Christopher Dennis, said: 'It is with immense sadness that I have to withdraw from this weekend’s Strictly Come Dancing shows in Blackpoo
Due to an injury, I’ve been advised that I’m unable to perform, and my heart truly breaks knowing I won’t be dancing in such an iconic venue.

A Strictly spokesperson explained: 'Due to injury, La Voix has been advised by doctors to rest and, as a result, will not dance in this weekend's Blackpool specials.
'In line with the rules of Strictly Come Dancing, La Voix and Aljaž will receive a bye through to next week when it is hoped they will be able to dance again.

That's who I'm rooting for too, Maddie ;-) :-D

MotownGal Report 17 Nov 2025 12:17

I did like Balvinders dance and she deserved to go through. But I keep reading that 3 contestants have a bandwagon where block voting is keeping them in. Hardly seems fair does it? :-0

I am still rooting for the non dancers Alex, Karen and George :-)

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 17 Nov 2025 10:21

I am not sure but I think Balvinder may also be older than Vicky and age and her culture made her approach the dance off with a calm mindset.

LondonBelle

LondonBelle Report 17 Nov 2025 09:17

What a difference a week makes :-0. After a superb Tango last week to being voted out this week :-0. I have to say though seeing the two dance one after the other, on the night, Balvinder did deserve to go through :-). Such a shame for Vicky though, as a non-dancer, she had done so well :-) I think as Balvinder had been in the dance off twice before she was able to manage her nerves better than Vicky :-)

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 17 Nov 2025 08:11

I think she never seemed to conquer her nerves.

MotownGal

MotownGal Report 17 Nov 2025 07:47

Ah well I am sorry Vicky has gone. :-( She wasnt the worse dancer of the night, but it seems popularity is winning over technique. :-0

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 16 Nov 2025 14:46

Ah I see thank you? I must have missed that bit. Not good for George, although I do think Craig is fair. We shall see.

MotownGal

MotownGal Report 16 Nov 2025 13:49

Craig is the deciding judge, Ann :-0 :-0

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 16 Nov 2025 13:17

Do we know who the head jusge is for tonight? Craig marked him low because of it not being a rumba in his eyes but also praised in a way the actual performance. I think the other judges marked him higher?
