My covid jab got cancelled by the doc as I had pulled part of a muscle through my rib-cage (not fully through this time as I realised what I had done and pressed on it).

I have not stopped being an early riser, I'm afraid, the habit of a lifetime! :-S

Getting 'fedder-up' by the minute here. I booked two livestreamed events for Sunday 12 October and can't view them. I've tried contacting the 'livestreamer' and all I have from them is an email telling me to try the same accesses I have been trying since Sunday! Strange when I managed to see a livestreamed event two years ago from the same source.

Going to have to call in the big guns (son or son-in-law whoever answers first) to sort it out for me as I must be doing something wrong.

One good thing from Friday - car got through its MOT with flying colours so not everything is going wrong! :-D

I usually lie there for an hour waiting for the alarm. Not today - it had been going off for 5 minutes before I heard it :-0

Grey and miserable here. I, too, need some welly as I've still got a lot of sorting out to do but at least last night we had comfortable chairs to sit on and a lovely warm carpet to walk on. Can't believe how cold and aweful concrete floors are.

Hope you are feeling better Maddie and yes, Elizabeth, Joy's avatar is of herself. Lovely isn't it.

Might go further afield than our local town to look for a suitable greetings card.
Christmas cards are swamping the shelves now :-|

Hope Maddie's antibiotics are helping and Kath is enjoying her home comforts <3

No need for wellies here in Yorkshire, no rain in the forecast, although I too need some wellie to get me going. We must all be SAD ( Seasonal Affective Disorder)
