;-) in today’s news reminds me of a sister in law who went on and on to my mum (mother of the groom) about all her girlfriends parents were buying them houses.

She seemed to think my mother would give in and cough up for a house (ha ha).
It wasn’t as though there probably wasn’t a huge disparity in parental incomes.

a person that has just sold a propeerty for £1.5 mil or thereabouts - that's who.

Maybe she should wait until she in evicted and then to the local Housing Office.
