I woke really early, gave up and got up around 5.30 so I am now on my second coffee before I head to Sparkles (memories of our lovely Welsh friend spring to mind now). <3 <3 <3

Belle when I saw the dr recently he recommended echinacea as a boost to the

immune system when you have a cold. Holland and Barrett sell the tablets. Maybe

have a look and see what you think. I’m on a daily dose now and it did seem to make a

difference. <3
