I guess I was lucky again this morning, I just got home again when the downpour descended! The skyline disappeared for a short time, so heavy was the rain :-0 :-0

Sat in the coffee shop watching the raiin pouri g down outside. ;-)

By the time I came to leave the sun was shining and I got home in the dry. :-) :-)

I'm another one who managed to dodge the heavy showers :-)

It's still wildly windy, but no sign yet of the thunderstorms we were forecast.

I hope you get on well with your new shoes.

I bought a pair of Sketchers trainers about 4 years ago.
They are the most comfortable shoes I own.
I've worn them so much and they still look tidy. Waterproof too.

I did feel a bit like Zebedee from Magic Roundabout, when I first had them.
The Memory foam insoles were so springy :-D :-|
