hi im looking for my fathers family he was adopted as a baby and his real mothers name was francis minny aldis nee drye we have no dob for her and no fathers name but he was told that he was the result of an affair with a american soilder whilst her husband was away and when he returned to find her pregnant told her to give the child away. my fathers birth name was morgan john lloyd we are not sure if lloyd is his surname of wether its aldis the same as his mothers married name, he was born on 17 sept 1945 the address he was registered at looks like it was francis mothers home 17 mimms hall road, potters bar. my father remembers that when he was growing up there was a family who lived on camrose ave, edgeware whose children he played with there was 3 girls older than him and he thinks a couple of boys younger, he was told that these were his brothers and sisters if anyone can help i would be really grateful. any info whatsoever would help us |
