in the film near the beginning Phil Daniels (Kevin from Eastenders) goes into a cafe and says put loads of Ligure? on it when the guy is serving up mushy peas. What is Ligure? Thats what it sounds like unless he says licquor (sp) for a joke |

Liquor(sp) is like a thin parsley sauce/gravy they have in pie and mash shops my friend who lives in London always goes on about it lol Jax xx |

'pie mash & liquor' - it's a green gravy. Sold in cafes which usually also sell jellied eels. (runs off to throw up at the thought of it!) |

its the juice made from boiling the eels mixed with chichen stock and parsley.................... UCK !!! oh and he was in a re-run of Lovejoy when Dianne Parish was also in it the other day........ |

When I was growing up we used to get take-away pie, mash and liquor from a shop in the North End road (Fulham) loved it!.... Now i'm a veggie. |
