I find the tramadol are great for the actual pain relief once they get into the system, I found that I was very tired after about ten minutes, didnt matter what I was doing I just wanted to get my head in a nice cool position and go to sleep, Build up on them though, I actually made a mistake with mine and took two instead of one to start with and hallucinated with having two. Try the one if the doctor has said one or two to start with then build up. :):) If I take just the one I am able to take 60 mg codeine and one to two paracetamol also. Combined they tend to kill the pain off for quite a while. I hope you have success with them. Colin :):)
