At least it didn't come on while I was in Devon last week but I started with a tickle on the journey home - yesterday was uncomfortable but today I'm in full flow - yuk! :-( Gaynor

I would recommend taking Echinacea drops. Any good health shops sell it. I use one made by A.Vogel it's in a green & white box and costs about £7.50. I swear by it. It'll sort your cold out faster as it boosts the immune system. Shirley-ann

You have my sypmathies, Gaynor - I can't get rid of mine! Worst of all now I can't sleep - as soon as I lie down I start to cough. Think I'll try Echinacea, can't do any harm.

I don't normally do colds. But for the last week or ten days I have had a slightly runny nose and blocked sinuses. Plus a couple of nose bleeds (making blowing my nose difficult). Quite fed up with it.

What a shame to pick up a cold at the end of your nice break, Gaynor, hope you feel better soon. If you can get hold of some Vitamin C tablets, they help knock a cold on the head! Liz
