I'm such an idiot. I live behind a football stadium and half an hour ago I heard the fireworks going off. I ran outside to watch and fell over the dog in the dark. I've twisted my knee and it's starting to swell. What would be best, a cold or hot compress? Deb:) |

I have now!!! The bag was open and they've spilled all over the floor. So I'm killing two birds with one stone. Saving my skin and my peas at the same time.......lol.....ouch. Deb:) P.S It was worth it. The fireworks were great......so my neighbour tells me. I was too busy rolling around on the lawn in agony to notice. |

Any vinegar in house - soak bandage/cloth in it - wrap around - will reduce swelling quickly, bring out bruising and ease pain - brown vinegar is best. |

omg, vinegar on bruises, that brings back memories, I can almost smell it now (and no, I am not eating chips lol) My hand that I caught in the door last weekend is a great colour, dull yellowy purpley, reddish blue, looks lovely! Hope your knee is better soon. |
