do we as adults think we can do the same things as our kids. Boys have their scooters outside so being the big kid i am - i had a little go - ouch!!!!!! left elbow is now skinless and hurts like hell. needless to say the kids and oh have very little sympathy for me. lol |

A few of Christmases ago, when everybody had to have one, my grandchildren got one of those little silver scooters each. My mad mother-in-law, then aged 87, begged to have a go on them. I have a video of her riding up and down the garden path dressed in her fur coat and posh frock - well it was Christmas! If she isn't too old, then I'm sure you're not Lorraine :o) Sue xx |

a friend of mine decided that she would have a go on a skateboard. she put ne foot on ready to give a push off and the thing shot away from underneath her leaving her sprawled on the floor with a broken ankle! i wish that i could do it, i am afraid to even try! tina x hope your arm gets better soon |
