Hi Alan, Big hugs from me too - sorry you're feeling so down. Just a thought but have you tried claiming mobility allowance because of your arthritis as this would help towards another car |

Hi Alan, The sad thing is....once you own a car you are going to be poor. We were driving back from the in-laws last Thursday when the indicators and the hazzards started to flash together.....nothing would stop them, so we had to drive hope with other drivers flashing, making rude signs etc. Took it straight to the garage we use he thought it was just the fuse and that would imobilise the hazzards...oh no, taking the fuse out stoped indicators and hazzards. It`s a new thingy, that will coist £200 to buy plus labour. And it sods law that father in law is in hospital, the hospital is 24 miles away, and we will have to take busses via 'High Street, China' to visit him. We only have one bus an hour from the village so a car is essential. Kathlyn |

Hello, Do you take glucosamine for your arthritis? When they withdrew Vioxx, I started to take 1500mg a day. They are very good. You can only get the large ones on the web though. I get them from healthydirect. Best wishes, Lyn. |
