GGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr nearly 4 weeks and we are still waiting some insurances are just not worht the paper they are written on. If we had known at the start that they were going to take this long to repair it then we would have bought a new cooker. STill waiting for the engineer to phone us back as we have just phoned him to ask what is happening.

gee how I miss my oven. Still not got it sorted yet. Waiting for a part and wont be here until at least Monday. So having to use the grill and make do. We could have been and bought a cooker and had it installed within the first 3 days but as we are in an insurance scheme we thought we would use it. Starting to have 2nd thoughts now.

supposed to be covered by our insurance. Fear the worst though if they are saying its 15 years old then the part might be obsolete. Microwave cooking just dont taste the same...

gas oven wont work and we have to wait until monday before they can come to take a look. I fear the worst as the telephonist reckons its 15 years old but we found the receipt and we bought it in the boxing day sale 1999.
