Hi Gail I have a memory foam mattress which is wonderful but I haven't tried the pillows as yet - apparently they are very good too though xx |

I ahve orthopedic pilows that mould to the shape of your neck etc and they are brilliant only need one instrad of the 4 pillows I used to have. Hubby likes them too |

I've got a tempur neck pillow which I keep by the side of my bed and use if my neck is aching, (which is probably about once a week). It feels like a brick for the first minute but soon moulds itself around my contours. I think it was about £60 but well worth it. |

yes have mattress and pillows: however, agree with previous posting these items are very HOT, so not very good if you suffer with those lovely 'night sweats', not that I do yet, but cant imagine I could keep these items when I do - very comfortable and certainly help with the aches and pains etc. Good luck!
