if they can stay off heroin and other drugs ...they will get a ten pound voucher for every visit they make and if tested they do not have drugs in their system they will get a voucher....i have heard it all now...what about alcoholics who have a drug problem as this is what alcohol...they have stated it si to deter them from shop lifting and commiting burglery....tax payers will have to pay....and who is to say they will not sell these vouchers for drugs....mamby pamby tactics ...the money could be spent elsewhere in the communityxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)))): |

awful ...why should they be rewarded for being clean ...we all make decisions in our life and we are accountable for it also ....bribing the person so they don't rob someones house to get a quick fix....makes me wonder whether it has got something to do with the overcrowded jails....try to get them off the drugs they don't commit the crime so cannot go to jail....so there are more room for the sick b*****ds who abuse children like the one that has just been released for doenloadind child images and the other animal that actually abused the kids.....this country is a jokexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx))))): |
