Just to confuse the world .......as is my familys want..... My Grandmother was called Peggy her name ....sorry not Margaret but Edith Ann Please don't ask me why. !!!! Jac |

It is rumoured that all women called Margaret have a peg leg - hence Peggy. I'm saying nothing - but there does happen to be a telegraph pole missing in our street and I have the devil's own game to find shoes. LOL Mags xx |

Yes Peg Peggy is short for Margaret was a teenager before I realised my Aunty Peg was Margaret. Don't know how they get to it though Germaine x |
