my daughter has moderate learning disabilities and look very young for her age she is 22 years old but look about 12/13 ish, she is at the mintue doing a college course to help her live a independant life there has been times where she wanted to do the lottery for instance but the shop staff wont serve her with the lottery cos they dont think she is old enough so i am going to get daughter to apply for the citizen card to help proove her age whenever she needs it , on the application form it asks for a doctor, teacher or someone to say shes over 18 and to sign the form and 1 passport sized photo, i dont want to take daughter to the doctor to sign the form cos i no he will charge a arm and a leg just for his signerture lol so i was thinking of getting daughters teacher at college to sign for her thing is will teacher charge for her siggie? if so how much will she charge? sorry for going on
