Keep your chin up Strump. The only consolation that I can give is that when mine went - I was out of action for nearly three months - my doctor sent me to a Physiotherapist at The General Hospital Southampton. At least I thought that's where I was going but when the appointment came through it was the Geriatric Hospital at Moor Green. However, that's not the point - I was given a series of exercises to do and, hand on heart I have carried them out, at least three or four times a week for the past nearly14 years, and they have definitely worked for me. I have added to them a little (tips from Fitness Suites abroad and all that) but DONE THEM I HAVE! So when, not if, you get relief go and get a series of stretching, bending exercises from an expert - AND DO THEM. Best of luck Gordon |
