from frozen or does it have to be defrosted? It has been gutted and filleted. I'm starving and it is still quite frozen. Thanks Lynne |

can you defrost it in your microwave? I do this wth fish sometimes,you can then cook it in your oven or on your grill. |

hubby (ex chef) says defrost in micro then cook, if you cook from frozen outside will be cooked inside wont |
