Is it safe to cook trout....

from frozen or does it have to be defrosted? It has been gutted and filleted. I'm starving and it is still quite frozen. Thanks Lynne

can you defrost it in your microwave? I do this wth fish sometimes,you can then cook it in your oven or on your grill.

hubby (ex chef) says defrost in micro then cook, if you cook from frozen outside will be cooked inside wont
