take the key to the dealership and ask them to replace it!! Sounds like you have a dodgy connection somewhere!!

Hi , i'm now at the end of my tether, for last couple of weeks have had trouble with a stroppy car remote control. Have had this grand voyger since last summer, no problems, but now it will only work intermitantly, tried changing batteries, beggging pleading with it to work, now having trouble with our second car(diferent make)and so is a neighbour.We cannot bypass the immobiliser either as that is in the remote!!! Anyone got any ideas?????? Izzy

Have you got any electrical equipment in the neighbourhood that could be causing interference? The fact that it's two of your cars plus a neighbour all with similar problems suggests an external source.

Brian, i contacted local council yesterday, they reckon there's nothing new about, but our local paper are now investigating the whole sorry saga for us, they strongly believe it's external as well.
