Hi Janet, it would either be the Park Hotel or the Grand Hotel. The Park Hotel has a big car parks to the sides and back, the Grand has none. Do you live local to the area? Jenny.

Hi Fred. Firstly I must thank you for your PM,s yesturday. Your advise was very helpful. I will soon have him sorted. He started his Metaformin? sp. yesturday and has had breakfast before going to work, ( He usually only has breakfast at a weekend) Also believe it or not he hasnt had a pint for 10 days. Lol. Me and Maureen met at the Park Hotel, and I was telling her about our 'Picnic' on the car park the day of the 'Tallships in Tynemouth' last year, and just how wet we got. Oh, what a laugh we all had with you and Liz etc. It was a nice sunny clear morning at 11am today, loads of surf and the sea was rough, but beautiful. But when we came out around 3pm, there was sleet and hail the sea was grey and cruel. I shall look forward to seeing you both when the weather is better and make sure Ann & Mau are with us. Of course you will do your best to be with us when Gaynor Bear arrives back home wont you?????? Jenny xx

I have just spent 4 lovely hours with Maureen, (Mau at the coast) We had never met before, although we only live 5 minutes drive away from each other. I am sure we both felt at ease with each other from the minute we met on the hotel car park. We both chatted ten to the dozen about loads of subjects, in fact we never shut up. Lol. She is a lovely lady and will be coming to the Meet in Tynemouth to meet Gaynor Bear. but I do hope we meet again before that. Thank you Maureen for a lovely lunchtime. I hope you enjoyed yourself as much as I did and we can do it again. Jenny x
