Yes I threw in the towel , overpowerd , put to shame , shown no mercy , all this from , a 2 month old ,,,,,, fed him at 8.55 pm ,winded him , played with him , changed him ,,,next feed due at 12.55 , his 4 year old sister was blissfully in dream land , by midnight I was ready to do the same , no sleep the night before - no reason just could'nt get to sleep. so I waited and waited and waited for him to wake for his feed ,did;nt want to fall asleep in case he woke up and I was'nt ready for him ,so what did he do to me ? HE did'nt wake up till 4.15 am .thats what !! then he ate his feed ,I winded him , changed him,and by 5.am he was fast asleep again . you see for the first 6 weeks he suffered bad colic , and brought through his first tooth , his mum thought about changing his feed , but her health visiter told her not too , so she asked my advice , so I told her to go with her instinks as she was his mother , so she changed his feed 2 weeks ago ---- and what a diffrence in him, but what she forgot to do was tell me that he misses out his late night feed .So In reallity I was defeated by a 24 year old - - - which does'nt really make me any happier, - - - cause Im still nackerd , and the moral off the story is this , to all you new mothers out there , please dont forget to pass vital information on to us not so new grans !!!!!! now when I go shopping tomorrow I can leave the bag at home , cause I can carry it home in the bags under my eyes lol Sally , not so Sunshine (tonight) x |
