When you put together a long well reasoned out post. Only to have the thread deleted a second after you posted it. What a waste of energy. Going to do some FH research now then. Ann Glos

Thought it was unnecessary to delete the thread but I suppose in this PC world there is always someone who will be upset. Jean x.

The thing is, it was a joke. However, even if it wasn't a joke it would have been an interesting debate :-)

We have had such a nice day on here today, lots of debate, and laughs Its such a shame some had a sense of humour bypass. Jeffs thread was tongue in cheek, it seems some are allowed a voice on here and some are not...

I realised it was a joke, but to be fair Elaine it was Jeff's choice to delete it. sometimes it is better to take that decision to avoid an inflammatory situation. But it could have been a good discussion thread. (and I read this through before posting it and there were 3 spelling errors.) Ann Glos

I thought that the thread was serious but I wouldn't say that I had a sense of humour bypass. I made what I thought was a reasonable response and would have enjoyed a sensible debate. We all have different ideas of what's a joke and what's a dig and what's a genuine concern..
