Caz, get a book about the GI diet, GI stands for Glycaemic Index, it will let you know how different foods affect your blood sugar and how to adjust your diet to avoid that light-headedness happening. |

I have always had a tendency to go lightheaded and shaky when I need food or when I have PMT, my dad and other relatives have fluctuating blood sugar levels, does anyone else experience this? Caz xxxxxxxx |

My son had a problem like this when he was at school. Dr. said boarderline diabetic. (low blood sugar) Always had 50p on him to get a can of coke. Get it checked out. |
