ok wendt , light clothing with ties round the anlkles, sun hats for protection and change of underware, plenty of water alchol is strictly banned, but we will get the odd person like catherine snowhite and tinkle sneaking it in lol |

please have water flasks, and non perishble food stuffs could be a long hot day. please do not bring alchol, this will deydrate you further in this heat, and cigerettes must be full distinquished whe putting out thankyou hope you have a lovely day |
