Hi Linda! Yes still standing up! I lay down for an hour or so, but have to get up and walk around (to the kitchen). I kills me to sit in the car on the way to physio. Another bout of acupuncture today` along with traction. Don't know what he is going to do tomorrow. Pain has eased a bit, but still pretty bad. Time for my meds (every 4 hours) Deb |

Donna - we are a right pair! What meds are you on? I'm going back to my GP in the morning for stronger meds. The one that he has me on is a narcotic (had to sign for it) but doesn't cut the pain. Now if I could get a shot every four hours like I had at the Emergency I would be OK. Look after yourself. Deb |
