Hi Keeley Have you bought credits from this site? If so, try emailing them to say that you're new to family history and have managed to lose a lot of credits. They might just give you some freebies. Can I suggest that you go over to the Tips board and have a browse round there? You will find some very useful information for beginners but if you don't find what you're looking for, do ask because there are lots of helpful people. Good luck! Mandy :) |

Keely You won't be able to view the cert it self only the ref no ...you have to buy them. * whispers have you not tried the free BDM.? Hayley |

I am totally new to this and have just paid for credits to view a death certifcate etc... on trying to view this it won't let me but it has taken nearly half of my credits. Please help! |
