Well last night I asked ‘Are you looking after yourself’ This morning I decided to add a few ideas on how to be good to yourself Write your favourite treats on slips of paper, put them in a bowl, pick one out each morning and be sure to do the chosen treat for that day Phone someone you care about and say Hi I was thinking about you Get outdoors and notice the beauty of nature Find ten reasons to be grateful ‘I am lucky because’ Buy yourself a small affordable present Please fell free to add your own ideas Dee xx

I would go outside and enjoy nature but at the moment it's a bit wet and windy for that! I agree if you don't try and make yourself feel better who is........... Sx
