Hi, tried googling but costs for Latin translation sites! Lots of them come up as connected to family history though, sorry! Dawn

Hi Val There doesn't seem to be any translation for it; seems to just be a name. I've googled etc, and can't find anything at all except references to people with the name. Mandy :)

Are you sure it's not Albertus or Alfredus? Is it from an old document that has been transcribrd? maggie
