:-) Blimey, this has got me thinking... Tattershall Castle Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet Robin Hood's Bay possibly Gibraltar Point or was it Spurn Point York inc Minster Paris Stock Exchange House of Parl. 10 Downing St (spot the Economics trip!) nearly went to Russia but not enough takers. can't think of any more at mo. xx Jen

I only went on two trips... one to Windsor Safari Park, saw the whale. Then to the Tutankhamen Exhibition at the natural History Museum. 1973 I think. Tina x

Hampton Court Palace The Tower of London Natural History Museum London Planetarium All in Junior School - never went anywhere in senior school :o( My children went to much more exciting places....... Science Museum Sea Life Centre Amberley Chalk Pits museum (think it's called something else now) Bird World at Farnham Drucillas Zoo Weald & Downland open air museum Chartwell Bodiam Castle 5 days on Isle of Wight 5 days in France visiting Somme and Bayeux Tapestry 5 days in Sussex studying Roman ruins (can't remember the name of the place) 3 days at Juniper Hall on Boxhill getting up to goodness knows what!!! My grandchildren have spent a day at the seaside at Littlehampton (the whole school went - all 350 of them!), been to several 'hands on' museums & been to the theatre. Both 9 year olds are going to Isle of Wight in May for 5 days & the 13 year old visited WW1 battlefields around the Somme last November for 5 days. I wish I was back at Junior School! LOL Sue xx

Junior school ......we used to go to Bolsover castle when penpals over. Jodrell Bank and we did a 4 day London trip (from Derbyshire). Senior school mmmmmmm next school mmmmmm boarding school mmmmmmm What happened to all the abroad trips they do now ..deprived child I was LOL Jac

Trips I recall were:- INFANTS Weston Super Mare x2 St Fagans - Museam of Welsh Life JUNIORS Tecnequest (Science museum) London Theaters (Cats, Starlight Express) National Gallery Llanchiach Fawr St Fagans - Museam of Welsh Life Old Peoples Home (caroling) Ogmore-by-sea (5 days) COMPREHENSIVE Tinton Abbey A local field 2 Local Churches France (American war cemertry, Byear tapister [forgotten how to spell it], Market towns) Llangranog (outdoor persute center) Llanchiach Fawr St Fagans - Museam of Welsh Life Cardiff University [America, Ireland, Poland, Bowling, Chesington World of Adventures - didn't go on these ones as I was too old, took the wrong subject or not enough attendence (sone you needed 100% attendance in the year - I got 97.5% the one year) can't remember any others just now.

OMG Kits Coty - that's just about 10 mins drive from me lol We seemed to go to Chartwell quite a lot - and and errrr somewhere else I can't recall the name of ......... oh was it Devil's Punchbowl - yes that was it LOL Oh yeah and - Whipsnade Zoo - if that still exists ???
