I have got several years’ worth of Good Housekeeping magazine, all in very good condition. Not worth trying to sell them as they are too heavy to post, and the local hospital will only accept magazines that are less than 3 months old (bit of a cheek that!). Anyone got any really bright ideas for what I can do with them? Mandy :)

You could put them on freecycle > Pick up only.

Wow, thanks for the speedy and helpful replies! I didn't think that anyone would be interested in collecting them if I tried Ebay. Also didn't think of an old peoples' home, we've got a few in the area. Thanks also for suggestion of Macmillan Nurses; the local ones here now come under our hospice but the hospice was fantastic to my Mum. Thanks again, Mandy :)

Infant schools and nurseries like them too. They (staff) cut out the pictures and kids make collages out of them. Hope this helps Hazel x

UPDATE: Just had a quick look on Ebay and it seems that old magazines do sell! We have a fund in my late Mum's name at our hospice. Dad and I have been selling things on Ebay this last fortnight and have so far raised over £150 for her fund:) So I'll put the magazines on and hopefully that will be a bit more. Many thanks again, Mandy :)
