Hi Steve We had an 18ft by 7ft lean to type conservatory put on the side of our house, primarily for the dogs. With the flooring, radiators and blinds it cost approx £8500 a friend of ours did all the electrics so I don't know what that would have cost additionally. Not sure if this helps but the dogs love it !!! xx

Hi All Have any of you resently had a fully installed Conservatorie fitted if so was everything included in the price All brick work, blockwork, plastering, electrics, center fanlight and heater? plus TV connections and telephone socket? i only ask as the one we have on the other garden came with the house so dont realy know what you get for your cash I just got my quote in for a 4.5 mtr x 4.5 mtr one for the dog garden lol Thought it might be nice to sit in in the summer wif me lappy and the dogs Sxx
