Does anyone know if records exsist from 1841, apart from the census, and if so where they can be viewed. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

There are probably records of the court procedings at the local record office. I have some for Norfolk in the 1850's (a boy throwing stones in the street) and others for the 1820's Jay
