update on graces horrible day at college

the said tutor had her in the office today and appologised, told her that she were having a bad day and grace took the brunt of it when it wasnt called for, how dare she, needless to say ive just got off the phone and given her hell, and will write a letter to the principal i told her she was lucky i wasnt having a bad day or id have been up there and ripped her head off her shoulders for making grace cry needlessley. Im so mad im shaking, xxLynnxx |

I suppose she did apologise which is one thing, if she hadn't you would not have known it was her having a bad day. But, she should know that, even if she is having a bad day, she should not take it out on her students. Ann Glos |

it makes me so mad anne, grace is a good student, yes she struggles with the written work but im always being told that her attitude, politeness and hardwork far outway that, she is a lovely girl and thats not just because shes mine, and to be balled at till shes in tears isnt on, appology accepted, but im affraid i will be keeping an eye on it xxLynnxx |

hi Jean, grace was ok this morning, she bounces back well, we have an appointment on monday with student services to see what extra help she can have, i will help her all i can at home, but they need to help to such a lovely inoffensive girl, everyone loves her for her kindness, thats what upset me, She will be fine, with our backing, and she has that 100% thanks for asking about her xxLynnxx |

Oh Lynn poor grace, I work in an FE college as an LSA and have never seen a tutor shout at a student, yes those who misbehave are put on a disiplinary, Can she not have a LSA, thats what I do; support kids with many problems, and ones with low self esteem and lacking in confidence, PM me if you want some advice, Good luck, Caz xxxxxxxxxx |
