Hi iv'e just recieved an email from someone and dont know whether to open or not as i dont know this person [at least i dont think i do ] i know this sounds silly but you hear of all these bugs crashing your comp . the message is hazel i know whats wrong can anyone advise me thanks hazelx

I have often had messages with my name in the title but never open if I don't recognise who it is from. Linda x

if in doubt - delete ! I would recommend to never open anything unless you know who it is from and trust them! Maz. XX

Hazel, If you don,t know who its from,mark it as 'Spam'then delete it.Better safe than sorry. Hal.

Hazel if I get an email I'm not 100% sure about I open it in WordPad (?) first. Right click on message open properties then details and finally message source. You can then scan the message without risk of virus infection. T.O.R. ;o)))))

HI Hal& T.O.R thanks for your advice sorry i didnt anwer sooner but had to go out to do some shopping lol i dont know this person at all i have been having trouble with my family tree as in not being able to view full tree, mine or the other trees that i have. so asked GR to help which they did and then get this email from angelac*xx astro-group saying hazel i know whats wrong hazelx
