How do we report a problem? I can't seem to get in

Hi Gaynor When you get your tree back it would be a good idea to export it to your own computer and get a Family Tree program so you don't rely on this site. There are free family tree programs that you can download, the PAF from familysearch for example. Heather

At last!! I've finally been able to send a message to the support team! There must have been a problem with the system yesterday and first thing this morning as it wouldn't let me send anything?! Thanks for your help! Lets hope GR can sort it all out for me?! All the best, Gaynor x

Gaynor sorry, when you have written your message in the box click on 'preview' this will take you to another screen at the bottom click on 'submit' it should go to gr. Heather X

Thankyou for your replies. I have done both of those things but there's no send button only preview message and it doesn't matter how many times you click on preview there still doesn't appear to be any way of sending it?? I don't know whats going on ? but it's nearly 3 years of hard work down the drain if I can't get it sorted! Fingers crossed x Many thanks, Gaynor x

Go to 'contact us' on the left, scroll down to 'feedback' and click in the link there, you might have to click send twice. Hope it gets sorted. Heather x

if you open tree and click on feedback next to where it says look at old tree Jeanette

Hi All. I haven't been on genes for a while , what with christmas and every thing. I've been trying to look at my tree but its all been messed about with and when I tried to put it right the system won't save the details. I went back to the old tree but it won't let me look at that either?? I've tried to contact support but there doesn't seem to be any way of sending a message to them? Has anyone else been having these problems? And does anyone know how we contact support now?? Best wishes, Gaynor x
