You can't join an Electoral Roll. It is a list of eligible voters on the Electoral Register of a particular place. It is arranged by address and not alphabetical names, so you would need an address. If you know which town he was living in at a particular date, then someone with access to the Register might be able to help. Kath. x

Eroll has always told me all I needed to know. I think it's pretty comprehensive. About ten pounds for a year so quite good value too xx

Have you tryed 192 BT on line also you could ask on the Tips board someone may have access or credits there not going to us if your only looking for one person worth a try, good Luck Lilxx

Im trying to find my Dad he lives in london but im not sure where so im looking to sign up to an elecrol roll which is the cheapist and for how long?
