Swimming would probaly be good for it, gentle exercise of the joints Glad she got through school even if she's uncomfertable / in some pain.

Hi Lunar, thank you for asking! She made it through thankfully, and I have given her 2 doses of neurofen since then. It seems to be helping as she said she felt better during the evening, but it was hurting again at bedtime as the medicine wore off. I've put on some more arnica cream too and there is still no bruising. Hopefully she will have improved some more by the morning. She is already trying to get out of swimming lessons on Thursday, but I have told her she will be fine by then! Fingers are crossed anyway! Maz. XX
